Cheryl Silva

Paralegal

Cheryl brings nearly 30 years of experience to the firm and is known for her steady presence, strong work ethic, and genuine care for every client she meets. She began her career as a receptionist in a local law office here in Wareham and quickly discovered her passion for the legal field. Determined to grow in her role, she attended and graduated from the Paralegal Studies Program at Northeastern University, launching a lifelong career she continues to love.

For Cheryl, helping the community is about taking care of one another. She believes no one should go without support and she is always willing to lend a hand through local food pantries, holiday toy drives, and other charitable efforts throughout the year. Her compassion for others shines through both in her work and her personal life.

Cheryl has lived in Wareham for more than four decades with her husband of 46 years. Together, they raised three children and now enjoy the joy and energy of five grandchildren. Weekends often include sleepovers, bowling, amusement park trips, card games, or simply sharing a good meal and a movie at home. Family time is her greatest joy.

At the firm, Cheryl is known for her ability to guide clients through stressful or uncertain moments with reassurance and clarity. She has supported countless families through estate planning and probate and understands the importance of preparing well before challenges arise.

Her advice to anyone considering their estate plan is to approach it with confidence and care. Thoughtful planning can make all the difference and Cheryl is honored to help clients take that important step.
